Terms and Conditions

Deposit $5,500 + gst is due and payable within two weeks of completing the terms and conditions. This is non-refundable upon cancellation of the event. Cancellations 50% fee is held for cancellations within 30 days of your Event Date. 100% fee is held for cancellations within 14 days of your Event Date. If you cancel the date, we are unable to propose an alternate date. Confirming Final Guest Numbers Final Guest Numbers are required: 14 days prior to the Event Date Final Guest list with dietary requirements: 14 days prior to the Event Date Enquiry An Enquiry does not confirm that an Event Date has been held. An Enquiry will be deemed as a Tentative/Placeholder Booking upon receipt of written confirmation. Tentative/Placeholder Booking A Tentative/Placeholder Booking will be deemed a confirmed Event Date when the Terms and Conditions are signed and returned. A Tentative/Placeholder Booking can be held for 14 days. Payment Final Payment of $5,500 + GST is due within 30 days of your Event Date. Please confirm your payment terms and the best process to expedite this within the time frame.
